Commercial / Office Cleaning Policies

• A signed agreement guarantees your cleaning date and time.
  
  
• Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will re-clean your space within 2 business days at no additional cost.
  
  
• Clients are responsible for notifying Coral Cay Cleaning of any changes to the schedule or scope of cleaning. A two (2) day notice is required for scheduling changes.
  
  
• Payment is due within 10 days of billing.
  
  
• All bank charges incurred due to NSF checks will be passed on to the client at a flat rate of $30 per check.
  
  
• Clients are charged in full if Coral Cay Cleaning is unable to gain access to a facility through no fault of Coral Cay Cleaning or its employees.
