We provide professional maid services to houses, apartments, townhomes and condominiums. We clean your entire house utilizing our comprehensive house cleaning checklist to ensure your house is cleaned consistently and thorough every time.

2. How do you determine prices?

We work hard to keep our prices competitive by reviewing our competitors, maintaining a fair and workable schedule for our employees, and keeping up with the latest cleaning techniques, products and tools. Our pricing is individualized and based on a number of factors including the size of your house (square footage), the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the number of occupants, and the number of indoor pets. In addition, the frequency of cleaning is also considered. Weekly cleaning allows us to maintain a routine and "keep up" with items before they get too dusty or soiled. Once-a-month cleaning is still effective, but it takes a bit longer to clean your house since the items on our checklist have not been attended to for 30 days.

3. What time will the Coral Cay Cleaning maids arrive at my house?

Our cleaning staff works 7:00a.m. - 4:30p.m. We place a telephone call or send an email to you prior to your scheduled appointment to remind you of the appointment and give you an approximate time that we will arrive.

4. How many maids will clean my house?

We work in 1-, 2-, and 3-maid teams depending on our overall schedule and the size of your house. Typically, there are two maids per house. Your house is your sanctuary and we understand your desire to know who will be in your house. We can always let you know during our reminder call who will be arriving at your house.

5. Will I always have the same maid(s)?

We make every effort to have the same maid(s) clean your house each time. We understand this is important to you. Occasionally, one maid may not be available due to illness or time off. In this event, we will attempt to contact you prior to the cleaning to let you know a maid who is new to your house will be cleaning to give you a chance to re-schedule with your usual maid(s).

6. Do I need to be home when the maid(s) clean?

You do not have to be home when we clean. We do have some clients who remain home while we clean. Other clients are at work while we clean or prefer to be away while we clean. The choice is yours.

7. Do I have to do anything before the maids arrive to clean my house?

In order to give you the greatest value, we ask that you take a few moments prior to our arrival to pick up extra clothes, shoes, books, toys, and other household items that my hinder our cleaning.

8. Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?

You do not need to supply anything! We bring our own cleaning products, tools, and equipment every time. We use high quality cleaning products that make your house sparkle and smell fresh and clean. If you prefer that we use your equipment or use your cleaning products, just let us know.

9. How do you access my house and are my keys protected?

There are several methods from which you may choose. Some clients are home during our cleaning visit and therefore let us into the house. For those clients who prefer not to be home or cannot be home, we can enter your house using a garage code or you can provide us with a house key. If you give us your house key, we secure the key in a lock box that is only accessible by management. Your key is identified by code and no other identifying information (such as your name or address) is attached to the key. On the morning of your scheduled cleaning, your key is given to a responsible maid who will clean your house on that day. At the end of the day, the maid is required to return the key to a manager who will place it in the lock box.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If we've missed something or you are not completely satisfied with our services, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return as quickly as possible to re-clean your house at no additional charge.

11. What if something in my house gets damaged or broken?

We treat your house with the same care we use in our own houses. However, even a very careful person can accidentally damage or break something while cleaning. We ask that you let us know of any high value or sentimental items and advise you to safeguard these items when we come to clean. If we do damage or break something while cleaning, we will let you know immediately or if you are not home, we will leave a note explaining what happened and letting you know that a manager will contact you to discuss repair and/or replacement. We request that you notify us within 48 hours of cleaning if you see any damage that we have not noticed and reported to you. Items that are excluded from liablity include cash, jewelry, one-of-a-kind items or hard to find items, items of sentimental value, art, antiques and electronics. Please store these items in a secure location prior to our arrival.

12. How do I pay for Coral Cay Cleaning services?

Payment is due at the time of service. We kindly request that customers pay via cash or credit card for the initial cleaning. Thereafter, we accept cash, checks, or credit cards. If you pay via cash or check, we will give you an envelope for your payment and ask that you deposit your payment, seal the envelop and leave it on kitchen counter for our maid to deliver to our office. Returned checks are subject to a $40 processing fee. Late fees accrue at a rate of $15 per month.

13. What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you give us at least 2 business days notice if you need to cancel and/or re-schedule your cleaning appointment. Please make your cancellation or re-scheduling request to our main office and not to our maids.

15. What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

We are closed on most major holidays. If your upcoming cleaning appointment will fall on one of these holidays, we will contact you prior to the holiday to re-schedule your cleaning either before or after the holiday, depending on your preference and our schedule.

16. Why does the initial housecleaning take more time than subsequent cleanings?

The initial housecleaning takes longer because we pay extra attention to those areas of your house that may have not been attended to for a while. Our initial cleaning may require additional scrubbing and scraping. Once our initial cleaning is done, the weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings are easier to maintain and therefore do not take as much time as the initial cleaning.

17. Do I have to sign a contract?

No, there are not long-term contracts to sign. You may terminate our services at any time. During our initial visit, we will complete a checklist of items to be cleaned and make note of any special services we must perform. We will use this checklist to prepare an estimate for our initial cleaning. We sign the checklist and ask you to sign as well confirming the time and cost for the initial cleaning. We will then give you an estimate for subsequent weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings.

We are fully licensed and have liability insurance, as well as worker's compensation insurance for our employees. In addition, we are bonded.

Yes, you certainly can trust our maids. Every employee is carefully screened and must pass a background check (including criminal check) prior to employment with us. We work hard to find employees who learn quickly, work hard, pay attention to detail, and have a friendly disposition. We thoroughly train our employees to ensure our company policies and procedures are followed precisely.
