House Cleaning Checklist

Our courteous maids are well-trained and pay attention to detail. Our maids follow a comprehensive house cleaning checklist to ensure your home is consistently and thoroughly cleaned on every visit. We bring all of the necessary house cleaning products and equipment. However, if you have a special cleaning product you would like us to use, please let us know.

All Rooms

• Ceiling fans dusted (rotational)
• Accessible baseboards dusted (rotational)
• Accessible windowsills dusted (rotational)
• Trash bin(s) emptied
• Accessible cob webs removed
• Light switch plates wiped

Kitchen

• All sinks, countertops, backsplashes, and tabletops cleaned
• Cabinet fronts spot cleaned
• Microwave oven cleaned inside and outside
• Exterior of large appliances wiped (refrigerator, stovetop, oven, dishwasher) and top of refrigerator wiped
• Stove top and drip pans wiped
• Exterior of small appliances wiped (toaster, blender, etc.)
• All glass and chrome cleaned
• Floor vacuumed/swept and wet mopped
• One set of patio door windows cleaned

Bathrooms

• Vanity and sinks cleaned
• Toilets cleaned including rear and base
• Tub/Shower cleaned
• Chrome fixtures cleaned
• Glass and mirrors cleaned
• Light fixtures dusted
• Floor cleaned (vacuumed if carpeted)

Bedrooms

• Glass and mirrors cleaned
• Accessible flat surfaces dusted
• Picture frames, knick knacks dusted
• Carpeted floors vacuumed
• Hard (tiled, wood, etc.) floors vacuumed and dust mopped

Living Room, Dining Room, Other Living Areas

• Glass and mirrors cleaned
• Accessible flat surfaces dusted
• Picture frames, knick knacks dusted
• Carpeted floors vacuumed
• Hard (tiled, wood, etc.) floors vacuumed and dust mopped

Entry, Stairs, Hallways

• Glass and mirrors cleaned
• Accessible flat surfaces dusted
• Picture frames, knick knacks dusted
• Carpeted floors vacuumed
• Hard (tiled, wood, etc.) floors vacuumed and dust mopped
• Entry door window cleaned inside

Utility

• Washer and dryer wiped outside
• Floor vacuumed or dust mopped

Extra Tasks

The following services may be available with prior advance notice and at additional charge.


• Change bed linens and/or make beds
• Clean inside of oven
• Clean inside of refrigerator
• Dust blinds
• Wash dishes
• Wash walls
• Empty, wipe, and replace items inside the cabinets and/or hutches
• Removes shoes, etc. from closets, vacuum and replace
• Remove ashes from fireplace
• Wash windows inside (limited)
